To whom this may concern, I would like to tell you a few things about my experience with American Messaging. I have been the sole contact between all of Ascension Genesys and American Messaging. As the manager of the Telecom Department, I deal with a lot of different vendors. American Messaging is far and away the most responsive to our daily needs and especially emergency needs. I have never had a call or an email go unanswered. This is even in the middle of the night, during an ice storm. Over the last few years we have been converting over Managers and above and departments over to AMS Connect. This has been such a welcome upgrade that we have had people reaching out to me, to see if their group or department can have it deployed in their area. Our physicians couldn't be happier about not physically handing off an on-call pager. This could only be accomplished by the wonderful presentation that was done by Gena Sprow. She explained the app so clearly I understood the benefits immediately. Varty Apanosian is always so helpful and willing to do a video call with problem-solving or just keeping in touch. I no longer worry about paging issues with this team. They are tremendous ambassadors and wonderful assets for your brand. I look forward to continuing this exceptional business relationship.
